We would like to inform you:

»		That in cases of prepayment, delivery will be made after receipt of the complete sales price and delivery costs.
»		Payments per Credit Card, Direct Debit, DIRECTebanking (sofortüberweisung.de) and giropay are handled by the payment provider Skrill.
»		Payments per invoice are handled by BillSAFE GmbH.
»		For payments per cash on delivery an additional fee of 2,00 EUR is due, which the deliverer DHL will collect on delivery.

The seller reserves the right to exclude certain methods of payment in individual cases. Invoices submitted by the seller become immediately due and payable.


There is a minimum order value of 29,00 EUR for orders placed in our online shop.
Within Germany, we provide free shipping via UPS, via DHL, the shipping charges are 4,49 EUR, regardless of the number of packages or the size and weight of the shipment.the shipping charges for all other countries can be found in the table below.

Insofar as no other delivery time is mentioned in the product description, delivery of the merchandise will be carried out within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (for advance payment only after receipt of the total purchase price and the shipping costs).

Within Germany and Europe your goods will be shipped exclusively via UPS or DHL.
