(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which cannot be attributed to the person’s commercial or freelance business activity.)

Right of revocation
You may revoke your declaration to conclude a contract within a period of 14 days without naming the reasons in text form (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail) – or if the item is placed at your disposal prior to the expiry of this period – by returning the item. The period begins upon receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the receiver (in the recurring supply of similar goods before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before meeting our information requirements pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations under Section 312g para.1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246§ 3 EGBGB. In order to meet the revocation deadline it is sufficient to dispatch the revocation or goods in time.

Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the goods provided or services rendered by either party shall be returned, together with any benefits obtained therefrom (e.g. interest earned). If you are not able to return the goods or services at all, only partially or only in a degraded condition, you will have to compensate us for any damages incurred, as and where applicable. You must only pay compensation for the deterioration of the merchandise and the benefits obtained insofar as the benefits or the deterioration are due to a handling of the merchandise that goes beyond testing the characteristics and the functionalities. The meaning of "testing the characteristics and the functionalities" is to test and try out the merchandise in question as is possible and customary in a shop, for example.
Goods capable of being sent by parcel should be returned at the risk of the seller. You must pay the regular costs of return if the delivered goods match the ordered goods and if the price of the reshipped goods does not exceed €40 or if you at a higher price at the time of the revocation have not yet rendered the trade-off or a contractually agreed upon partial payment. Otherwise returning the goods is free of charge for you. Items not able to be shipped by parcel will be picked up. Obligations to refund payments must be met within 30 days. The time period for you begins when you send your revocation, for us it begins upon its receipt.

Exclusion of the revocation right
The right of revocation is null and void for contracts for the delivery of merchandise manufactured according to customer specifications or for merchandise which is clearly adapted to personal requirements or which due to its properties and conditions is not fit for reshipment or which can spoil quickly or whose expiration date has expired; also for the delivery of audio or video recordings or of software insofar as the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by you, as well as the delivery of newspapers, periodicals and magazines (unless you have made a declaration to conclude a contract by telephone for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals and magazines).
